LogicFunder (the "Platform") is operated by 305 Ventures Corp ("we," "us" or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Platform is a private, invitation-only tool for managing merchant cash advance syndications. It is not offered to consumers.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash).
• Business and contact details: company name, contact name, phone, mailing address and additional email addresses you or we add to your profile.
• Participation and payment records: the deals you participate in, amounts invested, fees, collections, payments sent to you, invoices and ledger activity.
• Payment details: bank or remittance instructions you provide so we can pay you.
• Technical information: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request) kept for security and troubleshooting.

How We Use It

• To run your account and show you your deals, earnings, payments and reports.
• To calculate and send payments, invoices and statements.
• To send you account emails, such as invitations, password resets, invoices and payment notices.
• To keep the Platform secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who We Share It With

We share information only as needed to run the Platform:

• Service providers that host and operate the Platform for us, including cloud hosting, database and email delivery providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers.
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others.
• A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

Other syndicators cannot see your account, your participations or your payments.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access and limited staff access to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

How Long We Keep It

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.

Your Choices

You can view and update your contact details on your Account page. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or the closing of your account, email us at support@logicfunder.com. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. If you keep using the Platform after a change, the updated policy applies.
